    A nonprofit behavioral health organization providing comprehensive, person-centered care across Northern Nevada. As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Vitality Unlimited offers integrated mental health and substance use services, including crisis support, outpatient therapy, case management, medication management, medication assisted treatment (MAT) and care coordination to ensure timely, holistic care serving all ages in four locations across Northern Nevada- Elko, Carson City, Dayton and Reno. Vitality also operates substance use disorder (SUD) treatment centers in Carson City and Elko, offering evidence-based services such as intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient treatment, and recovery support.     Provides outpatient and residential substance use and domestic violence services, including transitional housing and case management during pregnancy. Programs include short-term residential treatment (2–3 months), transitional housing (9–12 months), and outpatient services. Blooms is a specialized program for pregnant and postpartum women, offering trauma-informed treatment, prenatal and parenting support, onsite housing for mothers and babies, individual and group therapy, medical referrals and case management, along with milestone celebrations and supportive community care.

As a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC), Vitality Unlimited offers integrated mental health and substance use services, including crisis support, outpatient therapy, case management, medication management, medication assisted treatment (MAT) and care coordination to ensure timely, holistic care serving all ages in four locations across Northern Nevada- Elko, Carson City, Dayton and Reno. Vitality also operates substance use disorder (SUD) treatment centers in Carson City and Elko, offering evidence-based services such as intensive outpatient programs (IOP), outpatient treatment, and recovery support. Services are accessible to all, with acceptance of Medicaid, Medicare, and most private insurance plans, as well as a sliding fee scale for uninsured individuals.
