    Grow your capacity to support families by staying up to date on the latest evidence-based research. Learn best practices from experts in the field & fellow Doulas in your area.

  • We host monthly professional development & education opportunities available to DCC members, in addition to our growing video resource library.

    We also have pathways to being paid to lead your own group, class, or workshop for fellow doulas &/or the community.

  • Access to member exclusive programs for yourself & your clients, as well as exclusive events hosted by the DOULA CO-OP community occurring monthly.

  • All DCC members are included on the Doula Directory for easy visibility to those looking for a Doula; additionally, we host exclusive programming geared towards connecting the community to doula support.

  • Direct assistance with Medicaid enrollment processes through our video & document resource library, & doulas who have successfully enrolled.

  • Join an expanding network & community of fellow doulas in your local area who are passionate about access to care, resources, education & more for families and doulas.

  • Our Doula network is directly impacting maternal health & end of life care on a local & statewide level through collaborative programs with community partners, legislative action & community-based research

DOULA CO-OP Community Membership Requirements

  1. Maintain your annual membership dues of $100

    Financial assistance is always available

  2. Complete 10 hours of volunteering within the CO-OP community

    Or outside the CO-OP in relevant community spaces

  3. Attend 1 of the 2 Biannual Community Forums

    A dedicated and intentional space to hear from our community members about what is working & not working, and how to better resource ourselves and the community

What do my dues go towards?

Your annual dues go towards statewide programs and education, which contribute towards both QTBIPOC and financial needs-based scholarships for doula training, compensating doulas for educational offerings for the community, and internal professional development programs.
